How to Measure Your Head

  1. Use a soft tape measure.

Wrap it around your head: 

    • About 1 inch above your eyebrows

    • Just above the ears

    • Around the back of your skull

  2. Record in cm.

  3. Match it to the shell & liner size in the chart below.

Tip: Tie long hair in a low ponytail when measuring.

What’s Your Head Shape?

  • Oval Head: Longer front-to-back — most helmets are designed for this.

  • Round Head: Equal front-to-back and side-to-side — choose Round Fit for better comfort.

  • To check: Flatten your hair and have someone look from above (bird’s-eye view).

Fit Tips

  • Helmet should feel snug with even pressure—no tight spots or gaps.

  • It should sit level, about 1 inch above your eyebrows.

  • The chin strap should rest under your chin (not on your throat).

  • Wear the helmet for 5 minutes to check for pressure points.

  • If your helmet rocks or feels tight on the sides, you might need a Round Fit.

  • MIPS Available: Select models for extra impact protection.

  • Peak Options: Choose Standard or Wide for sun protection.

  • Kids Helmets: Never size up—use Small (52–55) or smaller.
